Fulfillment and Delivery Time
Each of our bowls is made to individual order, which requires precision and adequate time for fulfillment. The standard time for preparing and shipping an order is 4 business days.
After handing over the parcel to UPS, delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days, depending on the country of delivery.
Please note that during periods of increased traffic (including holidays, limited edition launches, and stock replenishments), fulfillment and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Pocztex – Home Delivery Courier (prepayment): PLN 19.99 (delivery time: 2–3 business days)
3. Courier (UPS / DPD / DHL)
Domestic Courier (prepayment): PLN 19.99 (delivery time: 2–3 business days)
International Courier – EU (prepayment): PLN 49.00 (delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on the country)
Notifications and Disclaimer
Zoomie Store is not responsible for delivery delays and extraordinary circumstances due to reasons beyond the seller's control, including force majeure (natural phenomena), customs fees, carrier strikes, and delays in air and ground transport. We are also not responsible for additional fees and costs incurred after the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Shipments that cannot be delivered through cooperating courier companies (including InPost, Poczta Polska, UPS, DHL, DPD) and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled. A refund will be issued after the undeliverable package is physically received and successfully processed at our logistics center.
